We have been in the athletic business for over 20 years. Shipping & handling costs for items shipped inside the United States is usually 20% of order total (before tax) for USPS First Class Mail. Until January 1, 2009 we will waive the shipping charges for domestic orders sent via USPS First Class Mail. That's right, if you're order is going to a US address the shipping is FREE thru Dec. 31.In a rush? USPS Priority Mail is also available for a flat rate of $5.95.
